　　The "Notice" makes it clear that the action will strive to achieve full penetration in universities, primary and secondary schools in about five years, and full coverage in basic education, vocational education, higher education and continuing education. The mechanism for promoting the spirit of model workers, labor spirit and craftsman spirit has been continuously improved, and the team of part-time teachers of model workers and craftsmen has been continuously expanded, and various resources to support the effective development of labor education have been continuously enriched.In order to create a good working atmosphere, the ACFTU and the Ministry of Education will jointly carry out demonstration activities, jointly guide the establishment of an online publicity platform, and select and publish classic cases and excellent cases every year to promote them.
